Darkness Reigns ONLINE Horror Film Festival

You can either download this submission form or submit through the Beverly Hills Shorts Festival or the Big Easy International Film Festival:

Every received will be screened on the website for at least 7 days, although only the top rated films will stay.

Films can be no longer than 30 minutes (the shorter the better). Films over 10 minutes in length will screen online in parts to comply with YouTube's 10 minute length limit... in this case, you can either submit it to us in sections of 8 minutes or less, or we can divide it once we receive the film.

There are NO DEADLINES, as this festival will continue year-round. In November, the top rated films will be contacted by both the Beverly Hills Shorts Festival and the Big Easy International Film Festival, for inclusion in their screenings.
